Assentis:DocFamily is an integrated software solution for designing, producing, and distributing highly personalized, dynamically generated business documents. The principal characteristics of Assentis:DocFamily include its capability to draw on multiple data sources, its flexibility to account for quickly changing communication requirements, and its ability to address customers individually with information that is truly relevant to these customers.

Designing document templates is the task for Assentis:DocDesign. Assentis:DocRepo stores all resources, takes care of version control as well as template hintory, and administers user access rights.

With Assentis:DocWrite,  users interactively create documents individually or edit and approve existing documents.

The central server component is Assentis:DocBase. This component either centrally or decentrally formats and renders documents for different output channels such as print, archive, web, E-Mails, etc. Assentis:DocBase manages - if required - the whole document production cycle.
