Rotkreuz, Switzerland, 1/31/2008 - The ZPL/Zebra output-format has been added to Assentis:DocFamily to address the needs of clients using label-printers. ZPL/Zebra is the most common output-format for high-end label-printers. The ZPL format is available with Assentis:DocBase and Assentis:DocDesign and supports layout and rendering of high-end production labels.  Assentis:DocBase utilizes printer-based font- and barcodes to address high-volume label printing applications.

Additionally, the upcoming version 4.1 of Assentis:DocFamily will also support Intermec printers.
