Our support covers any problem with a bug or which may be a bug with any of the Assentis DocFamily applications or provided modules. Problems such as performance issues or faulty implementation of project code have to be handed over to the implementing partner or the Assentis services department. In severe cases these problems will be handled by development when possibilities of bugs in DocFamily being the cause for these problems occur.
