Interactive client correspondence

Interactive client correspondence is a typical use case supported by DocFamily. An end-user wants to write a document to an individual client or customer. A backend system delivers business data which are displayed in an XFORM. In the form view, the user can change or add data before the document is displayed in a full composed XHTML view. Due to DocFamily's “Inline Editing Technology”, an end-user can post-edit the composed document by changing paragraphs or adding text modules. DocFamily also supports the concept of “locked sections” in a document.

Commonly used synonyms used for interactive client correspondence are:

  • Interactive Document Editing
  • Interactive Customer Correspondence
  • Document Post Editing
  • Electronic Correspondence
  • Interaktive Dokumentenbearbeitung (German)
