GOCA belongs to the AFP family and stands for Graphics Object Content Architecture . GOCA is the vector graphics specification/implementation.
DocFamily supports GOCA in its AFP Output module, in particular that SVG-Graphics (Scalable Vector Graphics) and business charts are translated into GOCA objects.
