DocRepo / DocAdmin

Document templates, building blocks, and processing rules are stored and
administered in Assentis:DocRepo. This repository contains all document resources
such as images, logos, signatures, graphics, data schemata, and document
definitions. Power Users or system administrators can manage all these resources
via Assentis:DocAdmin.

Assentis:DocRepo becomes very useful in an enterprise environment where
professional document designers define templates and re-use layout components
that comply with different corporate designs.
System administrators, operators and even specialized power-users using
Assentis:DocAdmin can define document production and publishing processes
for Assentis:DocBase and can store them in Assentis:DocRepo.

User accounts and access to workspaces and document building blocks are also
set up and administered through the repository in Assentis:DocRepo. Hence,
while some users may have access to some workspaces containing document
building blocks, other users may not even see these building blocks or may just
have read-access.
